SURVIVAL ESSENTIALS: OVERNIGHT: Entering 6th grade and up
Join us for this incredible adventure and learn the essentials of surviving in the wilderness. From Shelter, Fire, Water and Food, you will have an amazing experience connecting with the wilderness in a new way. This class will teach environment based shelter building, primitive fire making, survival fires, water location/safety, basic survival traps for food and more. This class not only teaches you how to deal when you are lost in the woods, it incorporates ancient primitive skills, and a survival competition the last full day of class!!! Through team building, health enhancement, and leadership this class is a fun amazing way to explore the Montana Back country and learn new incredible skills.
Bow Making and Archery
Designed even if you have taken Bow making before. Do you love hunting, stalking and being able to get close to animals? Come join us on this amazing back country camp where you will learn how to make a perfectly tillered long bow. During this camp each student will build their own primitive bow to keep and take home. Through this amazing adventure camp, we will also be teaching the art of primitive instinctual archery—with 3D targets and scout games! Through learning the archer’s way of the land you will practice stalking techniques, stealthy movement and you will begin to enter the world of the scout. Participants in this camp will likely never see nature the same way again! Students will learn the process of taking a piece of wood (bow stave) with the bark on, stripping it down, measuring and making a beautifully tillered bow. If you have been at this camp before you will learn arrow making, and bow making with a new wood.
Survivor Challenge:
Come join us for our incredible survivor challenge camp where you and your tribe compete in a series of challenges and rewards while learning about survival skills, team building, the environment and world around us! This is an exciting, hands one, physical camp filled with fun, surprises, and adventure!
Family Camp: Learn the art of primitive skills with your family! All ages welcome in this amazing, team building set up.
End Of Summer: gathering what we learned, join us for our end of summer celebration with campfires, hikes, nature connection, survival challenges, team work, and fun!
